Refund policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans change! To respect our time and other guests, please review our cancellation policy before booking.

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made 48+ hoursbefore your appointment will receive a full refund (minus the non-refundable deposit).
• Cancellations made within 24–48 hours will be charged 50% of the total service fee.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment or no-shows will be charged the full amount.

Rescheduling:

• You may reschedule your appointment at no charge with 48+ hours notice.
• Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours are subject to availability and may incur a $25 rescheduling fee.

Deposits:

• A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your booking. This deposit is applied toward your total service fee.
